Redeeming your POINTS is very simple.
Follow these easy steps to get your First Call Rewards.

1. First you need to know the number of POINTS in your account. This can be found when you login on the Rewards Area Website or you can call First Call Office Products at our toll-free phone number 866-914-4311.

2. Now you need to decide which gift you want. Look at the REWARDS and choose your gift from a host of options available. The value of the item you desire should not exceed the number of POINTS you have. You can also create your own reward and a representative will contact you when your item is available. If your reward gift exceeds your points earned, just check back the next month to see your points.

3. After deciding on the item you want, click See Rewards on Rewards website, and your gift will be delivered as soon as possible.

We will send you an email confirming the number of POINTS redeemed and the gift you have been rewarded.
