First Call Rewards is a program that rewards you for buying products from First Call Office Products! Every time you make an online purchase with First Call Office Products you accumulate Rewards what we call POINTS. These POINTS can be exchanged for a variety of exciting gifts.
Do I have to pay any fees to participate in this Program?
No fees.
How are my points calculated?
For every $1 dollar spent when purchasing Products online with First Call Office Products, you get 1 POINT.
Can I have multiple Rewards accounts for the same company Account #(number)?
Yes, Rewards Accounts accumulate points by user login name , the same login that is used to signin to the First Call ordering site.
Do I earn Dollars for all my transactions?
No. You will only earn POINTS for all online purchases with First Call Office Products.
Can I start redeeming my POINTS immediately?
No. You need to join first. Your POINTS will be updated by the 10th of each month.
How do I know the number of POINTS I have accumulated?
This will appear in the REWARDS AREA once you log in. You can also call First Call Office Products, our toll-free service on 866-914-4311 to find this out.
How can I get gifts for my POINTS?
In the Rewards Area you will find the gifts you can get with the number of POINTS indicated against each item. You just have to click on redeem link or call First Call Office Products, at our toll-free, phone number 866-914-4311 and request for the gift of your choice.
How will I receive my gift?
After you select the gift and click the redeem link on Rewards Area website, you will get a confirmation email from us.
Is there a time limit within which I must redeem my POINTS?
No, POINTS awarded under the First Call Rewards Program will never expire. You can keep collecting your POINTS; they will not expire until they are exchanged for gifts.
Can I gift my POINTS to somebody else?
No. Your POINTS cannot be gifted to any person.
Can I request for the gift to be sent to somebody else?
No. The gift will be sent only upon your request to your address as per our records.
Under what conditions can I not redeem my POINTS?
You cannot redeem your POINTS if you have an outstanding balance with more than 60 days past due. |
